The Sharepoint site for NCACCP has the capability to automatically notify you when content items change on the site.
 
To enable that feature you will need to create a subscription. Follow these steps.
 
1.  Log into the site (http://ncaccp.hostwithait.com) with your username and password
 
2.  Click the "List" tab or word at the top middle of the main page.
 
3.  This will take you to a new page with six items listed on it  (see below)

 

4.  Click on the "Tasks" icon at the bottom right
 
5.  This will take you to a new page with four items listed on it (see below)

 

6.  Click on the blue colored "Subscribe" button in the center of the page
 
7.  This will open the subscribe page (see below)

 
You choose which content item you want to receive  notification for, what email address you want the notification sent to, and how frequently you want to receive a notification.
 
If you want notification on several areas (like the Presidents' roster and Executive Minutes), you would need to do a subscription for each one.
